Campsite Price Increase
The council owned caravan has raised its prices again this year. Since 2004, all prices across the board have increased from between anything from 1% to 15%. The biggest mover and shaker was the price of a 6 berth 28′ Mobile home for a week. It was upped to €460 euro a week from its 2004 price of €400. The cost of awnings has rocketed from being complimentry to a charge of €3 euro per night.

Whilst fewer and fewer people have utilised the caravan park over the past number of years for holidays. It is clear to see why if prices are hiked every year and no new supporting services are developed.
