Achill Voices
The Mayo Advertiser reports this week that unique insights into life on Achill Island are captured in a new book from photographer Robert Redmond.
Achill Voices is a stunning collection of images from his extensive collection as well as stories that offer a rare glimpse of life for the island’s inhabitants.
Robert Redmond is a professional photographer with studios in both Athy and Portlaoise. His clients include the magazines Hello and OK! and he has worked for most of the national newspapers. Achill Voices, published by Nonsuch Ireland, is Robert’s second book and follows the very successful collection Images of Ireland: Athy Town.
